He possesses substantial experience in advising and structuring non-governmental organizations, trusts, societies and charitable institutions, including regulatory compliance, governance frameworks and dispute management. He also maintains extensive expertise in documentation and registration processes under the Transfer of Property Act and allied property laws, including sale deeds, agreements to sell, gifts, leases, mortgages, powers of attorney and related conveyancing instruments. His practical command of property documentation and registration procedures ensures legally secure and enforceable transactions.
