Asif is one of the key members of the litigation team at AUC I Law, with a degree in Law and Master of Arts. In his role as the Litigation Partner for the Karachi team he brings in more than 32 years of experience of advocacy before the high courts, tribunals, and other litigation forums. He is an experienced litigator in civil, criminal and labour matters, and constitution petitions. Asif is instrumental in advising clients in matters and issues involving actual or potential disputes facing our clients during their operations. At AUC Law, his supervision of younger members is the source of hands-on training and development of the team.
